Refund & Cancellation
At Patra Setu, we strive to deliver high‑quality API services, recharge platforms, and digital solutions. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be provided, cancellation rights, and the dispute resolution process. By using our platform, you agree to this policy.
1. API Services & Credits
Patra Setu offers prepaid API usage credits. Refunds for unused credits may be considered only in exceptional cases (e.g., permanent service discontinuation by us). Once API calls have been made, no refunds are provided for those credits. We do not offer refunds for API integration delays caused by third‑party dependencies.
2. Mobile / DTH Recharge Failures
In case a mobile or DTH recharge transaction fails due to technical error from our upstream operator, the amount will be automatically credited back to your Patra Setu wallet within 1 business days. If the recharge is successful but the customer claims non‑receipt, we will provide transaction proof from the operator. No cash refund is processed for successful recharges.
3. Admin‑label Android App / Custom Development
Payments made for admin‑label Android app setup, custom integration, or annual maintenance are non‑refundable after work has commenced. A 7‑day cancellation window exists for brand new orders before development starts (minus 10% processing fee). For any bugs or non‑delivery, we will rectify within the warranty period.
4. Wallet Additions & Promotional Credits
- Wallet top‑ups are non‑refundable unless required by law.
- Promotional bonus credits (free credits) cannot be refunded or converted to cash.
- Wallet balances may be transferred to another Patra Setu account with written approval.
5. Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel your API subscription or close your account anytime via the dashboard. Any prepaid but completely unused API credits at the time of cancellation may be eligible for a pro‑rata refund only if termination is initiated by us due to service unavailability. Voluntary cancellation by the customer does not entitle a refund for unused credits unless specified in a separate agreement.
6. Chargeback & Dispute Resolution
If you believe a refund is owed, please contact our support at care@patrasetu.in with order/transaction details. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days. Filing a chargeback with your bank without prior communication may lead to account suspension. In case of a valid refund approval, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 15 days.
7. Exceptions (Statutory Rights)
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable Indian laws (including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019). If a service is found to be deficient or not as described, you may seek a refund or replacement after due verification.
9. PAN Card Verification – Refund Terms
For PAN Card Verification services:
If payment is completed and the PAN verification is successful (valid details matched or no), the amount will NOT be refunded.
If payment is completed but the PAN verification fails or is not completed due to technical issues or invalid input (no validation performed successfully), the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 working days.
